Shipping Policy
All orders placed through our website are packed and fulfilled from our warehouse in Los Angeles, CA. Once we receive your order, we create a shipping label and send you an email or SMS update with your tracking information.
We process and ship orders Monday–Friday, excluding certain holidays. Any delays or service changes will be posted on the announcement section of our website to keep you updated.
Processing & Delivery Times
Most orders are shipped the same day or by the next business day. Once shipped, USPS typically delivers within 2–5 business days anywhere in the continental US. During peak seasons or holidays, delivery times may be slightly longer.
Discreet Packaging
Your privacy is important to us. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging—either a discreet bubble mailer or plain brown box—so your order arrives safely and confidentially.
Tracking Information
If you have received tracking details, it means your label has been created and your package will be picked up by USPS the same or next business day. USPS tracking updates may occasionally be delayed, but rest assured your package is on its way.

For time-sensitive orders, express shipping is available, but speeds are not guaranteed.
Shipping fees are non-refundable due to carrier delays.
